has achieved the Ports Environmental Review System (PERS)
certification from Ecoports
- a network of Ports and Port-related stakeholders sharing
environmental experience.
PERS
is based on internationally-recognized professional best practice
and defines a basic standard of good practice for the
port sector.
The PERS certification is a major step towards Dublin
Port Company's objective of achieving the international
standard ISO 14001.
Central to the company's EMS is the development and implementation
of an environmental
policy and the management of the environmental impacts
of company activities.
