Dunstar Ltd. are the pioneers of the geothermal heating industry
in Ireland. Established in 1990, we offer a non fossil-fuel
based central heating system, which offers the lowest running
costs available in Ireland today.
We are the manufacturers of the Solterra™ range of
geothermal heat pumps - with a heat output range from 6kW
through to 36kW. We have the largest installed capacity, with
over 500 up-and-running domestic systems in 32 counties.
We are approved installers for ClearSkies grant assistance
and our products have passed D-A-CH certification to ensure
we continually progress in line with international standards.
Based in West Cork, we are currently the only company who
control geothermal installation from manufacture through to
commissioning - which means that our customers can rely on
efficiency, reliability and thorough technical support from
start to finish.
In the commercial sector, Dunstar have a unique portfolio
of commercial applications.
Our unequalled expertise and contribution to Irish technology
and energy conservation is repeatedly awarded. Most recently,
at the ESB SEI Energy Awards, we picked up both the Commercial
and Overall Thermal Energy Awards for our efforts in Glenstal
Abbey and the Lewis Glucksman Gallery, UCC.
